Our research fits at the frontier feild of the quantum beam Science and Engineering. We are interested in the effects or dynamics of materials under the iraddiation of quantum beams, such as

cluster ion beam,
MeV heavy ion beam,
femto-second pulsed laser beam .

Our experimental works are the research and development of the new process technology, analysis technology, and evaluation technology needed in a nano processing field or a life science field.
We also make it clear that the theoretical mechanism of such new experimental technology using computer simulation.

There are many kind of Quantum beams, such monomer/ cluster ions, electrons, or photons and their energy. Quantum beam has the chractaristic irradiation effect respectivily, so we can realize the new processing and analysis that cannot be realized by a conventional beam.
